It's going to be 72 tomorrow and 75 Thursday and I've really been needing to get to work on some saw projects. I don't heat the shop or garage and I had a lot of painting to do anyway so I've laid off the saw projects knowing it would get warm here pretty quick. Next week I'll be starting the vegetable crop in starter pots. I have a Stihl 039 the neighbor brought over, what a PITA to work on, well one handed especially, carb rebuilt, fuel lines and filter replaced, new hub and sprocket, new air filter, cleaned from top to bottom. The Super EZ Auto needs one more big phillips head screw removed (super tough, would be easier with someone holding it) from the case so I can get to the two drive case screws in the back to replace the broken drive case. Then I can soak it in the parts washer and hose it off. I have a new clutch cover and decals for it, just need to decide whether I use a spur sprocket or a rim sprocket since the spur sprocket is trashed. Last but not least I need to get the model 2000 put together and the decals put on so when my muffler shield arrives (thanks SO much Greg!!!) I can repair and paint it.
