We have added Homelite Chainsaw Product Specifcation Sheets for downloading. Almost all of these came from the Chainsawlady. There are over 100 different ones. These cover saws from the early 1960’s and later. Spec sheets for the earlier saws can be found in the 1957 and 1961 Service Manuals. Enjoy. Click on the spec sheet tab!!! www.leonschainsawpartsandrepair.com/homelite-literature--information.html

That is awesome guys, thanks so much. I know the XL-901 was listed as an auto oiler at Mike Acres site. I'm guessing Joyce's spec sheets are more accurate?

I'm guessing Joyce's spec sheets are more accurate? They came right from Homelite so it’s going to be as accurate as it’s going to get.

I had hoped for a long time, someone could do this with my collection. Check April 1959 edition of Sawdust to get pictures of our little shop in the country. We tore it down this winter, only memories left. With 53 years selling Homelite products, it was an experience. Thanks everyone chainsawlady www.leonschainsawpartsandrepair.com/uploads/3/9/7/9/39792537/sawdust_1959.pdf

I just checked the specs for my XL-500 that I am so fond of. It says the muffler is "Quiet type, with Baffled Spark Arrester".
And here all these years I have worn ear plugs when I ran it. Who knew?

Bumped this because of the article on Chainsaw Lady and her husband’s shop in the Homelite newsletter. Others might appreciate it who haven’t read it.
