ON the blue & white and later red versions, the drivecase cover has the XL-1 decal. But it's the all blue earliest version than I'm questioning. It's possible that it just wasn't durable and wore right off too.

My XL-123 and Super Mini SL (and my XL-76, I think)used a clear waterside on one side with no background with only the model number, those types of decals didn't seem to last as long as the waterside decals that were larger and had the white background and emblem, not sure why. Its possible that some decals weren't as durable for various reasons.
