Hello, Can anyone identify the saw in the picture above? I am trying to find the some parts for it and am not able to find a model number on the saw. There is a tag that has a unit number of "10415". The tag also says "Homelite-Terry". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Based on that UT#, it should be an SXL-925. It looks like the starter housing has been changed out at some point. It doesn't have a decompression valve, does it? (it shouldn't if it is a 925)

There is not a decompression valve that I am aware of. Thanks for the reply.

The body looks like a XL-903 or similar, but the rear handle wouldn't have the rubber grips if that were true. I'm guessing the rear handle/carb chamber has been replaced from a 925, along with the UT tag, but the rest of the saw was an earlier variant. Are the bar bolts 3/8" or 5/16"? I'm guessing 5/16.

Were there changes with the 903 over the years that it was built? The one I had did not have a decompression valve and I picked up one for parts recently and that one had the decompression valve. Or would my original saw be a different model? Are there other things I can look for to determine what model my saw is? Thanks again for any information.
