I'd like to change out the .404 spur drum on my C-7 to a 0.375 Oregon rim and drum. I tried the search function but the "C-7" and "rim" terms were eliminated from my search because they are under four characters!
Anywho, does anyone know the Oregon P/N for a .375 rim/drum system that would fit the C-7?
Thanks!
Bob

Hi Bob, I will see if I can find that number. I run a rim on most all of my old saws.....found most of them on old saws. The rim for a C-7 also fits the following: 7-19, 600D, 700D, 707D, 770D, 775D, C5, C7, C9, C51, C71, C72, C91, EZ, EZ6, SUPER ZIP, SXP1020, XP1000, XP1020, XP1100, ZIP. Hope that helps! Joe

Dan and Joe,
Thanks! It looks like the eBay part will do the trick. The seller said he'll swap out the .404 in the picture for a .375. Now, I just hope it's not .063 gauge since I have rolls of .050 and .058, but no .063.
Well, if it's .063, I'll just have to get a loop or two for the old girl.

The gauge will make no difference. The rim is designed for any gauge. The Oregon part number is 10616. With a C 7 you will be fine by the information regarding a 1020 is very misleading. I know you probably do not care but for anyone else who may be looking at these for a 1020 a little research is in order. The later 1020's took the dreaded 6 spline 14026. The 6 spline made no sense I belive this was when they switched the oiling system on the 1020. I can do some more digging if needed.
