Is it worth while to ultrasonic clean a carb when it apart? If it is, what’s the best product to use? I was thinking Berrymans carb cleaner that comes in a paint can. Thanks

All I've ever done is shoot them with aerosol carb cleaner and blow it dry. If it's really gunked up inside, you may have to let it sit for a minute then blow.

I think ultrasonic cleaning works great. I’ve used one for years in my rifle reloading. I purchased a 5 gallon bucket of the doctor injector fuel injector cleaner years ago, also gasoline works well. I always scub down the outside first to minimize introducing small debri to the passages while disassembling.

Whatever cleaning solution you use, you don’t need much. Fill your cleaning machine up to the full mark with plain water, then emerse your carburator parts in a small glass jar and cover with solution. Easy as that.
