I found an older windsor 50A skip tooth chain in the shop, looks to be semi chisel, its clean looks to be used maybe once or twice, any of you guys know the sharpening angles for this chain, I searched Google & couldnt find anything.

30 degrees is a pretty safe number for about any chain. I probably shoot for more like 25 on chisel chain. If the chain has witness marks on top of the teeth, I use that for a guide. Otherwise it just comes out where it comes out since I file by hand. Never have a problem with cutting good or cutting straight. I wouldn't get too wrapped up in worrying about getting the angle perfect.

No witness mark on the chain so I couldn't use that, deffinately correct on 30°, I'll have to try 25 on a different chain, I got that stihl fg2 and iam trying to get use to it, I to have been hand filing all my life, but when you get a new toy, you know how it is, iam searching every nook & cranny for a chain.
