Does any Homelite saws use a Tilloston HS-123a carb? I am in need of a 90 degree fuel fitting. This is being used for a Husqvarna 65L but I knew I could come here for some answers! I've scoured the internet but haven't found any relevant answers. I've torn the saw down and cleaned everything up put in a new carb kit and this is the only thing stopping it from being a strong runner. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken, the Olympik 254 used a Tilly 128B carb,& the XL-76 used a 125B,& the XL-130 used a 125A.I know where you can get the fitting, but unfortunately the man has recently suffered a massive heart attack.Leon may have a fitting he'd be willing to sell.

Are you talking about Homelite 50558 fitting? I'm pretty sure that's the one I used to use to switch carb fuel inlets over to the newer style small hose barb so we could use modern fuel line on the old saws that used to have a big bulb on the fuel inlet.
50558 is actually an oil line fitting on a 360 that presses into the crankcase but like I said, I'm pretty sure it presses into most Walbro and many similar Tillotson carbs such as an HS.

Part number for your saw should be 501238801. New number 503534001. These are metal fittings. As previous posters said many Homelite fittings will work including XL12. If i remember correctly, Walbro 128-152 should also work.

I checked a 1983 application chart and the 123A carb wasn't used on any Homelites.

Thanks all! I rolled the dice with a Walbro 128-152 because it looked like it was more abundant than anything else. Once I get it, I'll pull the old one out, press in the new one and we will see.
Thanks!

Just a quick update. I finally got the fitting in. Pulled the old one out and pressed in the new one and bam! Pressure tested it and it holds great. Ed called it with the Walbro fitting. The only real issue is that the inlet is really close to the carb body, but it's manageable to get a fuel hose on so it's all good!
