Rebuilt the carb on my 360 starts right up tune the low and high..set the idle...it runs great..then it.ll bog till I turn the low and high around.. then it.ll do the same thing? Seems like I have to keep moving the low and high in and out to keep it running?

Probably getting a small hole started in the rubber intake boot. Have you checked it? It's the most common issue with 360's.

I checked it? It seemed ok but a pin hole would cause this issue..

If the boot has failed, it's typically pretty easy to see with the carb off. If it's just got a hole starting, there's no way to see it without splitting the saw.
Could also be crank seals but the intake boot is usually the "go to" item first.
Did you pressure test the carb?
Is your fuel inlet fitting on the carb, aluminum or plastic? The plastic ones have been known to crack and cause issues.
That's most of the things I can think of to check right off.
