I bought a C7 last week & then got a Carlton 25 in.bar.I'm putting on a .404 pitch .063 gauge chain. How many drive links does it take? Please don't tell me to just take it to my local saw shop to have them cut a chain to fit.The greedy slobs there want around $50 for a chain & I can get one cut to fit from Archer for $20 less.

I thought of this after I'd made the post.I have an identical bar on my C9,all I have to do is pull the chain & count the drivers, duh. The C9 chain is a skip tooth which shouldn't make a difference.
