Help identify full wrap handle bar?

The mount looks like it’s from super xl but the total width is to small. It’s sized right for super ez but it’s missing a bolt hole.

I will probably make it fit the super ez but I am wandering what it should go on.

I was hoping it would fit the super xl but that’s not gonna happen.

It looks to me it fits a XL924. If you have the number off the bracket and measurement from top to bottom I could check mine.
