There are a couple of members here who have played around with using a cheap Chinese Husky coil on several different Homelite models, but I don't think the SEZ has been addressed yet. There were several 94111 ignition modules on Ebay about 2 yrs.ago, but I did a search & there are no more.

Do they have Wilco or Phelon ignition systems ? My limited experience with the Chinese Husky coils has been with them working with Wilco (Prestolite)
systems .

The 94111 is a blue Prestolite module.I think fossil (Tim) experimented with the Phelon system briefly & he found that the Chinese Husky coil didn't work on the Phelon system.

Yeah, good old Randy Duncan.I don't know how that guy sleeps at night.I bought a 94111 module on Ebay 2 yrs.ago when they were on there for less than half of what he wants now.I paid $54 from Standard Magneto & they were "remanufactured" too.As a matter of fact,I had to dig the thing out of mothballs to put on a Super Mini that I bought a couple of weeks ago.If it were me,I'd buy a Chinese made Husky coil for about $15 & try that out first.Since the module on the saw now is Wico/Prestolite it should work.

Search eBay or Amazon for : Husqvarna Ignition Module Coil 503901401 . Fits models 50,51,55,61,254,257 and others . There are tons
of them . I have used the Anzac brand with Ok results but please read my post from December 12, 2017 in the "ignition System" section titled 15
dollars and 15 minutes to cure the Prestolite Blues . I had to add extra protection to the spark plug wire where it goes over the cylinder head . Other
than that , I've had good luck with then on 2 different SXLAOs

I pressed the core out of one of my blue SXL coils and pressed the SEZ core into it and it works great.

Yep, good old Randy. I was buying parts from HIM on ebay and noticed he had some v-belts listed by MTD part number, several different sizes with the same part number scattered around on his listing. When I inquired (ask a question) as too why the same part number but different sizes and stated the size that I needed, next thing I know I was blocked from buying. Yep, good old Randy. I can live without him.

So they're reman'd now? I wonder what that all entails? Baking in an oven? I wouldn't put anything past that place. My experience with him years ago was not positive so I quit going there. I mean I'm not interested in giving $120 for a reman'd blue death coil but I'm curious what all it's about anyway. I found a new 94111 module the other day so it's scheduled to go on a good old SEZ on the shelf. I just hope the module is a good one!

Others say it works good. I will be testing soon. Read the last post at this link. Might have to undercut Randy when I get it going. www.arboristsite.com/community/threads/homelite-super-ez-ignition-questions.348570/page-2
