I bought an SEZ last yr.that had the plug hole stripped out.I was thinking about repairing the plug hole with an insert, but in order to do it properly the cylinder should come off to ensure that no chips or filings get into the saw's internals.I also had thought about just replacing the cylinder with another good used one.I found a nice one on Feebay for $25,it has the # stamped into the casting:A67874A.I know there were 2 different size cylinders used on the SEZ's,a 1 7/16 bore (38cc) was used on the early saws (that had no UT# which makes it a bit more difficult),& a 1 9/16 bore on the later saws (41cc).I looked at the first IPL for the SEZ & Super Mini & found that the # for the cylinder is A67874-1 (1 9/16 bore),is this the same cylinder as the A67874A? The 38cc saws were "EZ Automatic" or "XL Mini Automatic". When "Super" is added to the name, that indicates a 41cc saw. The A-69874-1 or A-69874-A should work fine for your saw.

Thanks Leon,I wasn't sure about the 38 & 41 cc cylinders.I was afraid that I'd get the wrong one,but I'm good now.I'm not really sure if I'm going to replace the cylinder or use an insert to put in the buggered up threads in the cylinder that's already on the saw.
