I have an old Harbor freight electric grinder i have used for a few years, I use it for chains that are beyond a file clean up. The Harbor Freight has worked ok for the most part. I upgraded to a better grinder, its a Oregan knock off. The grinder has all angle adjustments and is all metal. The issue is i am getting burrs even with light cuts. I might get s new wheel to see if that helps. Has anyone else had this isssue?

Yeah, it's the wheel. There are some higher end wheels that don't get hot as quick. And some chain is just a PITA to grind. I hate Stihl chain for this very reason. Oregon & Carlton usually don't give me too much grief.
