My XP1100 has a 48" hardnose bar with a 1/2" chain and 6 pin fixed drive, and I would to like to start searching for a rim drive clutch drum for it so could run a .404 chain on it like my my converted 1130G. Any clues to where I might find the replacement clutch drum? Even a part number would be helpful.
Thank you!
John

Not sure if you've seen this but a guy is having these made in .404 to replace the 1/2 and 9/16 sprockets. I purchased several for my saws.

The 1100 is a gear drive....no drum used, just a sprocket like the one above. Did you mean an XP-1000?

Correct, the chain drive sprocket is not mounted to the clutch. I was thinking there was a conversion option like that installed on my 1130G that uses a 6 spline rim. Let me take a better look at my 1130G, its a likely an adapter that replaces the chain drive sprocket illustrated in the earlier post that allows the use of drive rims.

The conversion you have is custom made. Homelite never offered that part...I think a former member of Arboristsite had some custom machined years ago. I know he sold some, but again that was years ago. Maybe someone remembers...was it Bill G?

I remember when I first joined HOH billg was having the conversion pieces made, kick myself for not picking one up. Wonder how hard it would be to get a CAD drawing of one? I have a buddy that may be able to machine
