I'd try a PM to chainsawlady, she might have both of those parts. If not, I'd take a peek on Ebay for good used ones.

A good used starter grip should be fairly easy to find as they were used on a lot of old homelites. The handle might be a little trickier as it should have the black grip to be correct for the C-7. A handle off of a C-5 or C-51 is the same but doesn't have the grip. I probably have a grip and a C-5 handle if you can't find anything else.

Chainsawlady is looking to see if she has a decent C7 handle. I've had a hard time finding a decent one (specifically for the C7) that's not all bent up or has damage to the black grip. Geez, I'm not picky am I? ha ha!
scotts2000, if you come across anything, let me know.
ronaldt, I am always on the search for those original starter grips. Most I find are torn, missing a chunk out it or is just in poor shape. I really like the one that came on the C-series saws...and I'll buy a good one every chance I get as long as it comes with something else that I need. I've only come across one in the past couple of years that was NOS....and paid way too much for it but, it was flawless. I could probably use a top handle off one of the other Cs but, I would really like to get the correct one for this saw. Now, that being said, if I can't find one, I may have to settle for something else until I do find one.
Thanks guys!

Thanks Charles. I'll have to get my wife to pull it up on her FB account. I closed my FB account years ago. Not long ago, I got back on FB just so I could get on Marketplace. But, FB would not let me have access to Marketplace because, I was a new user and didn't have enough time or content on my account to access Marketplace. So....I closed my account...again.
