Picked up a nice little diamond in the rough today. A little scratched up but no major gouging. Has one issue though, it pours gas at certain angles. I have a feeling it has to do with this little hole My guess is this had some sort of foam or felt originally? Suggestions appreciated Extra pics Original dealer sticker and all

The fuel tank is missing the Duckbill valve
Check the one in the oil tank as well.. probably needs replacing.

I found the duckbill in the oil tank, didn’t pay enough attention to the post. I do need help figuring out the right chain size though. I’ve tried 2 of my 3/8 lopro chains but neither fit. 55 dl is to long and the 52 dL is to short. Will be ordering new lines and duckbills for the whole system I do need the oil tank duckbill is it the same one or different. There’s a little dinted brass piece in the end of the line now

What length bar? 14 inch bar takes 53 drive links.

Sorry I forgot to mention the bar length. Of course it’s the one in the middle of the two sizes I already have. Oh well it’s an excuse to get a good Oregon chain for it.

Well I think I screwed up somewhere. The saw has decided it wants to spit bar oil out the exhaust port in copious amounts, not usually the hole it’s supposed to come out of. I may have gotten the lines reversed but I’m not sure. Luckily the bar oil that was in was just 30wt motor oil so the cylinder is just really well lubed now. Please help me spot the issue New lines and filters, thanks Leon for the fast shipping and great prices

yep that did the trick, haven't gotten any oil out the right hole yet but i think its because it all got sucked into the damn saw. smoked for a good 15 min before it cleared up, i'm sure the neighbors are real happy

Duckbill is the same one for both oil and gas tank. I have an XL Mini, I've never seen a duck bill on the gas vent? Had it since new. Should I put one of those dude on the gas vent?

It have to have had the duckbill at one time. Without it, gas will leak out, especially when saw is turned on it’s side.

Also, I think that air filter retainer should be under the foam Brennan.
