I really wasn't sure where to put this so feel free to move it if needed. I was looking for a part for my sachs dolmar about a month ago and found it at a reasonable price at ereplacement parts. I also ran into some Homelite starter grips on there and ordered 2. Now I didn't know how that would turn out and sure enough after some time passed I got an email about them out of stock and had to come directly from the manufacturer. Now I thought yea I won't get those but yesterday I get home to an envelope with the gas cap I ordered for the sachs dolmar and two original homelite NOS starter grips. One even had homelite and manufacture date of '98 on the label. I'm not sure where ereplacement parts got these and it did take some time but they got them. They list a lot of homelite parts probably some not so common parts for the super xl and some later model parts. If you are looking for some parts it might not hurt to check them too.
i ordered some craftsman parts (4 screws) for a late model push mower and after 8 weeks i still hadnt gotten the parts. they said they would resend them. 4 weeks later and still no screws i went to another supplier, the ereplacement screws arrived two weeks later. keep in mind i paid 11.40 for priority shipping. i'm happy you got your parts, but i think online complaints and reviews will indicate dealing with them is dicy at best

I’m sure they have complaints as most do I was just kinda impressed by them having obsolete parts like that. When I ordered I actually didn’t think I would get the grips I figured they would say it was a mistake in their inventory system but the real Homelite parts showed up much to my surprise

The one thing with a lot of the websites is they do still order from the OEM companies and the websites are slow to remove parts that are no longer available. So if you see a listing for a hard to find part, don't be too surprised if your order ends up refunded with a note saying it's no longer available. But on the flip side, they do come through most of the time. Glad it worked out!
I think this might've been with a different thread,it was about the 1/32 in.brass cotter pins that Homelite used on a lot of their saws.Kysawman posted a link to ereplacement about how they had those cotter pins.I went to ereplacement & found they had only two left @ over $2.00 ea.Definitely not worth it.
