I just acquired this 26LCS along with a nice Super EZ and a nice XL123. For now I just plan on wiping it down and putting it up on display. It is very surprising how light the saw is. I have a McCulloch 77 and it feels like it weighs 3 times as much. Mark

I KNOW mine would not, that is a terrific deal there, way to go. That will be terrific when you get it done. Like others have said, wish I could help.

Just made a new recoil cup for my 26 LCS. My second try at metal spinning. What do you all think?
Here it is painted. On the right is the dented original.

Those recoil covers are getting hard to find. It would be great to have them reproduced! Are you considering making them to sell or just for your own projects?

Juat figuring out how to spin them now, but if I get good at making them and can hit a good price point, then yes I will put them up for sale.

Welcome to HOH and very nice work! Thanks and congrats on getting your 5-30N running, sounded GREAT!!
Got the starter pull cable, Thank you very much, he did nice work.
Will post pics when the bullet mold gets here if that works out to make the end pass through the bushing.
