Okay maybe i better rethink and leave it alone at the position it is in. It sounds like all the homelites used the same 12" blades, but the part numbers are different for each saw. I wonder if the arbor is a different size on some? And is there a tool to go in the holes to hold the blade when loosening the bolt that holds the blade? I did not see much in service manual about the cutting arm, or torque to hold it on saw and the blade bolt. I think i want to get homelite blades to show, and a modern diamond for cutting concrete. Any suggestions for brand?

I was able to order a nos wet cutting kit for my saw today. Very happy about that! I did not think one would be available. Also some homelite cutting disks for show. Now i have to pick out a modern diamond blade for concrete cutting.
