I noticed the trigger lock on the top of my 410 lays down, no tension, can someone give me an idea how to get into the handle. It may need a trigger lock or spring, don't know yet. The IPL doesn't really show the handle apart

There's a pin that you punch out that retains the trigger safety lock. You can see it on the handle. Can't remember if there's a pin holding the trigger itself. I've encountered at least one that had a rusted spring for the safety lock, and the way the spring attaches, it wouldn't be a surprise if one worked loose. It's been awhile since I played with a 410, but I think the lock comes out from the top. It's been awhile though so I may well be wrong.

Its on the list to be looked at after I get my floor jack rebuilt, trailer decked, tractor parts listed on eBay, and the other 50 things I have to do.

Couldn't stand not remembering, so took a 410 and sure enough, all you need to do is indeed remove the pin and the trigger lock comes out the top. P1030328 Dan
