A little while ago, I mentioned Gibbs for use on removing magnesium corrosion and today I had an example part and thought some of you may like to see how it works. It actually turned out not as impressive in the photos, and the part really wasn't that bad in the first place, but hopefully you'll get an idea. I circled a few of the more noticeable spots in the before pic. It helps to zoom in to see the difference. Here's before before and here's after a good spray and wipe with Gibbs. afterDan

Really cleaned it up nice!
I've got a can of that stuff I bought per your suggestion but haven't tried it out yet.
