and it's in running condition! It's located 600 miles away, but I think I found a shuttle driver for it. I'm hoping that I can get my hands on it before the local GTG on June 8th.

Rebuilt the carb and put it back on the saw. A little gas down the throat of the carb to save my arm and the saw came to life. Warm restarts are effortless. I needed to open up the low speed jet to achieve a proper idle, but seems to adjusted well enough that I'm going to look for some big wood to cut.

Before you cut with it be certain that is is not running lean. A single cut with a big bar and the carb too lean could cook the engine and destroy the piston and cylinder. Be sure. Idle mix is very important, not just the top end.
