Putting the nicest of 4 C-91's on one saw today. Anyone know if a full wrap like the center one on the bench has was an option? If not, I'll leave the 3/4 wrap on.

That wrap looks like it’s from a later model saw. I don’t think “C” series saws ever came with a full wrap handle.

That's what I was thinking Greg. I couldn't find anything mentioning one on a C-91. Perfect fit though.

I believe that wrap handle would also fit S1050, 2100’s etc. it may have came from one of those.

IPL show the A-58398 full wrap as optional for the C x1's. It was the same one as some XP-1000s used. Pretty sure it's the one with the single bicycle grip in the center, not the foam one like your's here.

Glad you plan on sticking with the 3/4 wrap. I just like the looks of the hard plastic green grip. I love that green and red color combo. Maybe I'll move one of my C's up on the "fix" schedule. I haven't heard one run in 30 years, can't remember what they sound like with that little stack muffler. I think the reason I like the big C's is they look like the GrandDaddy of the 1050's, maybe not bigger, but still rough and tough, Joe.

Did the C stand for convertible? Keep the forum posted as to your progress.
