Great! Looks good.
I was thinking of adding that I thought using only the tank screws to hold all three pieces together while all the glue set was the only way to ensure that the parts went together they way they "wanted" to. Flat or not. Extra clamps could add stress that would not be contained when the clamps were removed. Anyway, I failed to add that thought. Since I have never done one of these tanks, it would have been speculation anyway.
BUT, now you have to tell us what you actually did and what you used! Please.

So far, I've had 100% success with 518 anaerobic sealer with the surface prep/activator. I've got tanks that were sealed over 10 years ago with no leaks. It's very thick-bodied so I use a squeeze applicator to get a uniform bead. Without it, your fingers would give out on a long bead run.

Great, where did you find that squeezer?
Did you assemble all three parts at once or in stages?

Great, where did you find that squeezer? Did you assemble all three parts at once or in stages? It's a Valco brand. Had it for a long time. www.valco-cp.com/tube%20grip%20dispenser.htmI applied the activator to the aluminum partition and applied the sealant to each casting and screwed the assembly back together.

Must be relieved to see the problem solved, could you dismantle the tank if the fix failed? What's the secret adhesive? Hope to see a video of the saw when it's complete.

Did you glue it all at once? What glue did you use?

I used Permatex 518 Anerobic sealant with surface prep/activator on both sides and the partition at one time and reassembled it. See post #22 for details with a pic.

Guess I better try to read more carefully when I come up with a question. Thanks.
