Had some fun Friday night with my son (he's 13) installing parts on the 35 SL: new bar, spike, grip, and a lower brace. Good times.

That saw really is a beauty!
Oologahan, the spikes will fit 350, 360, 35SL & 330 chainsaws.

Yes a beauty, very nice.
A bunch of nice looking saws in the background too. (But they are sitting on concrete, not a good plan, concrete can be very corrosive to mag.)

Just picked up a 35 as well. Not running but im up for a challenge. Did you repaint yours or are there very few hours on yours. On a side note. Took my carb off and noticed no sort of reed valve. Does the 35 have a reed system?

I’m far from an expert on these models but I believe this family has piston ported intake.
