Hi All, I just posted in another section.I just picked up a real nice 410 yesterday that's missing the complete airbox & carb. The saw has great compression & I'd like to give a shot at getting her going.
(I moved the other thread here to combine with this one, information was getting doubled up, sweepleader)

I have a few 410 chain saw parts. I have not found a part called the air box on the parts list. A part number would help find the correct part. Also there are three different IPLs and each have a different carb. part number.chainsawlady

Hi Joyce, Basically I need the complete top of the saw.I believe one of the parts is called the engine housing - it's the plastic shroud that encases the carb. Also need the filter cover, the stud for holding the filter, etc.I can take a pic of the saw & I'll see if I can upload it here, then you'll be able to see what I need.I'll also try to find the serial # as well as the UTC. Thanks,Ed

Your serial# would be great to have, as the carburetor and intake details changed mid-production. I circled the items that I think you need based on your description...again, the carb details could be a bit different if your saw is an earlier model. If you can confirm that you need these items, we can put part#'s to the them.
