Hey Leon, This beast must of cost you more in shipping than the saw itself?

Surprisingly, I was only hit with a $55 shipping charge! I got her running pretty good today, but I must've missed something in the carb, as it flooded out after sitting and I gave up trying to start it. Cranking on that big old saw wasn't doing my sore shoulder any good!

If it flooded out after sitting, maybe leaking past needle and seat? Sore shoulders and hard starting saws just don't go together. BTDT.

Beautiful saw. My dad had one as a backup saw for his C5. Good times.

If it flooded out after sitting, maybe leaking past needle and seat? I was thinking a leaking needle... when I get it started again, I'm gonna close the fuel valve and run it dry. If it restarts normally after that, I'll pull the carb and check the needle. Sore shoulders and hard starting saws just don't go together. BTDT. Tell me about it!

Hi Leon I publish a forest History magazine called "Echoes in the Forest - Saskatchewan Forest Tales". Currently I am editing a story by a fellow that bought an EZ 25 new and used it in a pulp cutting operation at Barrows Manitoba.
I am wondering if I could get permission to use some of your pictures that you have posted on this site of the EZ model saw?
Cheers John

Hi John,
I'm going to send you a PM through the board, but I have no problem with that.
Thanks,
Leon
