Just sent Leon more memos 1975-1979 (old memo format). When add to his site this will be a little more then 200 pages of added memos. Ive scanned and every memos I have that he didn't have on his site. (which was close to 400 pages) I did a quick count, when all files are uploaded this will be 1071 pages of memos available to all Homelite enthusiasts, but we are still missing some, particularly early 60's and older. Anyone else have memos they would like to contribute?

Okay, so everything that Greg sent has been uploaded to my website. There's now good information from 1961 to 2000. Some years are thin, but it's next to impossible to know how many we are missing in various years, but assuming Homelite used each number in the sequence, there's more information out there. I can't begin to describe how much work Greg went to in scanning & then inserting pages into the proper spots...anyone who has worked with PDF's will have an idea just how tedious this can be! If anyone out there knows of a stash of service memos that might be available, please consider adding to the library that has been started. In case anyone needs the link, here it is: www.leonschainsawpartsandrepair.com/parts-diagrams.htmlThey're at the bottom of the page, below the IPL's.

Sorry guys, didn't know that Steve had purchased all her memo's and such. I'm sure he probably passed on any that you guys were missing. Cheers. Steve

Hi everyone, I see a few emails from members here about my website being down...it should be back up now. I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital on 8/10 and diagnosed with a baseball sized tumor in my colon. The surgery was successful and the outlook is good (likely still need chemo, but that's better than the alternatives!). It looks like I'll go home later today, but I'm definitely moving slow compared to normal. I think I've contacted everyone directly who has open orders...expect shipments to take a day or two longer than normal for a few weeks as things get back to normal.

Just a quick update on the service memos...I added and uploaded a few new sheets into 1971, 1976, 1977 & 1979. Most are in 76 & 77 and most are courtesy of copies that Chainsawlady sent my way a while back.

There are now enough service memos for 1993, 1994 & 1995 that I've split them into individual files by year like the rest.

Now that my scanner works again............... Just sent 1951-1959 chainsaw memo index and memos from 1951-1954. I only had a few sheets on the inter office memos. Not 100% complete but better than nothing. Service memos start in Sept 1954.
