Ruger p89dc in 9mm. Not sure what year it was made but the entire line is considered one of the most reliable handguns made. I got this one for our clubs competitions as they were laughing at me using my .22 pistol. Laughing untill I ripped off 10 rounds in 1.8 seconds with all in the score ring, then they said I was cheating.

See I guess I am a bit odd. I simply want a good 22cal. I really thought somone on this site would have one. My favorite would be a single six but I will consider all good ones.

Nope, not odd at all. I can vouch for the S&W 22A. Its an auto and comes in several different flavors. Mine is the bull barrel version with full length rail and target grips. Shoots about as good as I do and has fed everything I have fed it. .

Anyone out there collect guns? I enjoy the Octagon barreled guns that won the west, Have 8 from 22 to 45-90. Bought 22 Super XLAO last winter--won't get 22 Winchesters as they are more expensive. Bill
