My neighbor lady gave me her late husbands arborist saw, XL Automatic, UT10618A. I need a starter pulley, can only come up with different looking pulleys or the "UT" does not include the "A" for replacement. Where can I find the correct used part or new type pulley and its new # if one? The current pulley has a couple broken teeth, making starting frustrating. The kill switch is defective again, so I pulled the wire off of the ignition, runs smooth again. Thank you. Duane PS: Guess I should add the pulley part # on it is: G9758-A.

69158A is the old part number. If you find one it'll work but it was replaced years ago by 97768 which was replaced by 97768A. Either will work depending on what you find. The 97768 is a double wrap pulley. It's better than the old 69158 style which is a single wrap style.

Thank you, got lucky this AM, ordered a new pulley, now I see the part # matches what was mentioned above. I use my Stihls for wood cutting. Duane

Tried a new replacement part, not close to original fitment, spring can't be snagged like original, some modification might be needed, looked and looked online this AM, found a couple used pulleys, will see if either will work. Not sure a kit would work, they were not too expensive. Just money. Duane
