I've got an SEZ that I bought back in Dec.that I puttered with while healing from neck surgery. The saw runs great & the manual oiler works great too,but the automatic oil pump isn't working.I took the clutch & pump off today & I think the gear was stuck, but it wasn't stripped, maybe just turned hard.I put a different pump on & fired up the saw & all I got at the bar pad was a couple of air bubbles. Is the pump sucking air somewhere?Possibly the oil line?

One line or 2 line system? Sorry Greg,I didn't see your reply here.It has a one line system.I don't think I've ever seen a 2 line system.

So it doesn't have a rubber oil line coming through the back of the drivecase that hooks onto a barb on the oil pump?

Yes,it does have a line that comes out of the oil tank & hooks onto a barb on the oil pump.

That's the 2 line system. That's always seemed to be the most common system, in my experience. If the manual side is working fine, could just be the strainer on the pickup side plugged up. Have you pulled it out and checked it yet?

Yeah, I know. That long strainer is a bit of a struggle to get out of the oil filler hole.
