Hey guys, I am very new to the world of Homelite chainsaws and the little time I have been here I love it.
I recently inherited my Grandads Super EZ Automatic, She runs great, however I found both oil filters broken off their lines and sitting in the oil tank. she requires new oil lines. I have not been able to find a write up or any video showing how to install the oil pickup line for the manual oiler part # 93112-14 and it seems like a really tight fit. Scratching my head cant find anything. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for the kind words Ron,but I'm hardly an expert, just have a whole lot of EZs & SEZs,Lol.
Grandpasez,I've never had to replace any of the oil lines on an SEZ,especially the manual oiler line, but I have torn down some of those saws & recall how the routing of lines are.Yes,the manual oil line is a tight spot.A pic of the old line would be very helpful.I'm assuming you've already got the filters or pick ups out of the tank?If not just tip the saw upside down & shake vigorously till they fall out of the tank. The automatic oil line needs to have the clutch removed before you can access the oil pump.Leon may have some OEM oil line in his store,if not you can use Tygon line. After the clutch is off you'll need to clean away any debris that's in that area.It takes time, but you don't want any of that crud to get into the new line or the oil pump.Next, just push the new line up into the tank (you should see where the old line went in) & have it come up out of the oil tank & put the oil filter back on.Gently push (or pull) the new line down into the correct spot, careful not to pull too much & have the filter come off again.A lube on the new line will help greatly. Then cut to fit & attach to the barb on the oil pump. There are 2 different styles of pumps that were used on the SEZ.The procedure I just described was for the newer style pump.It might be a good idea to email Leon with your dilemma,as I've never had to replace the manual oil pump line. He'll walk you right through it.

Thank you so much Ed, I did end up emailing Leon as I have searched for days not been able to find a video or write up, The automatic oil pump line seems to be an easier swap following the directions you mention, however if you look at the diagram where it shows the small pickup line for the manual oiler (part #5 on diagram), it appears to be fitted from within the tank. I will be buying the the kit of fuel and oil lines from Leon hopefully he can chime in with some advice.

The oil line #5 is slipped over the barb on part #2 fitting. That fitting must be removed from the tank after pulling the rubber line #1 off of it. After that line #1 is removed, the fitting is unscrewed from the tank. Put the filter #6 on your new line #5, attach the line to the fitting, then feed the line back into the tank. Screw the fitting back down, then reattach the inlet line #1. That should get your manual pump going.
