Buddy of mine that lives in the Dalles was in my neck of the woods today, brought me something he thought I would dig. A super mini a Canadian super mini! It's my first Canadian made homelite, can't wait to dig into it. Anything different about the Canadians than the US made saws?

A link for some pics of my Super Mini that was built about 1/2 year after yours. Mine an early 74 model. Yours will likely also have a Phelon points ignition. The forward handle bar will be painted black on the exposed aluminum sections. Look at the front side of the fuel/oil tanks. It could likely have had a "Replace chain with factory recommended Oregon brand" (chrome) decal. It will be just beneath the fuel cap. Side covers of course Super Mini and the right sides take a beating. Charming Canadian version of a Super EZ. I love mine! Check about 3/4 down this page: houseofhomelite.proboards.com/thread/7575/homelite-terry-ut-model-sn?page=10Edit Add: Will also have a single feed oil line oiling system.

It's got it all TB even down to the Oregon link decal in that exact placement, looks just like the one in the link, side covers are darn near perfect the decals are slightly faded but not beat up at all, need me one of them flicker accounts so I can post some pics.

You may have the inner perforated with outer solid shield muffler cover on yours. The shields are often crushed in to the perf-plate from getting wacked. It won't have a inner separate baffle plate. Interested in what muffler cover you have on yours-

Yeah- that was how I received it. I have greatly improved its condition with the great help available here at HoH. I wanted to make it right again.
