New to the heard XP1130

[Homelite Homer]

Just picked this one up off of a Graigslist ad in my local area... and it runs !!! Anyone know where I can find a good parts source ?? Needs little things like air filter cover knob and filter element, manual oiler button Etc..

Hey Ed.. I looked on Leon's Website for the parts but it looks like his parts stock for the 1130 is very limited. I am starting a parts list and I will be sending you a PM I believe and I thank you for any assistance you can offer..

I think some of the parts would interchange with a C series direct drive saw. There is a ton of those parts saws out there.

I believe you are correct Ronald.. Some of the C series parts are interchangeable. How about some 1/2 inch chain ?? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller....Bueller :-) Correct me please if I am wrong.. 1/2 Pitch X .063 ??

1/2 pitch x .063 is hard to come by. If you want to use the saw I would convert to .404 x .063.

If you're really set on staying with 1/2 in.,Bob has it,but the last I knew he said it was $1 per link.It'd probably cost you well over $100 for a 1/2 in.chain.You could convert to .404 & spend half of that.

Thank you both.. I will be looking into the conversion but if the cost is only a few dollars more I will stick with the original chain size if I can purchase it at $1 a link from Bob..

Hey scorf did you get that saw off FB marketplace in the Ramapo NY area? There was one for sale and then quickly removed.

Never mind, I answered my own question when I looked at the air filter cover "nut", it is the saw.

I can't help you with the chain but if you don't come up with the other trinket parts, let me know. I should have what you need in my C series junkyard.

Actually I did not get this off of FB Marketplace, I got it off of Graigslist from a fellas in Monroe NY. Maybe listed in two places ?

Thank you Ronald.. I will keep you in mind. I have already found most everything except for the Muffler Shield... I Will find out this week if it is available. So far So good !!
