I have a 7-21 that I got up and running. I am trying to replace any severely worn parts. Being this is the first ball drive ratchet I have seen, not sure if this is normal, severely worn, or somewhere in between. Appreciate any info/opinions you guys have. Thanks, Brad Attachments:

Unfortunately the ratchet is worn pretty bad, you can see the balls have deformed the catch areas, you can see the amount of damage. The parts are hard to find, especially if it's a 1pc vs multi pc assembly. They aren't all the same either because the pulley mounts differently on different saws.

Thanks guys! Pretty sure it wasn't machined that way but wanted to be sure.

Don't throw your ball ratchet out if you find a new one. A feller might be able to weld it up and carefully grind it down to original.
