Hi,
I have an old 360 with a broken S clutch and very worn drum and sprocket. This seems like a difficult assembly to get parts for? I see there is 1 new S clutch available from Leon’s, and I’m having trouble finding the drum and sprocket. My main question, is it possible to cross reference a different clutch/drum and sprocket assembly that is more readily available? Especially since these S clutches have an apparent history of breaking?
Thanks for any input you might have!

There's an update kit that has a 3 shoe clutch, a drum, drive rim and all the necessary screws and washers to complete the changeover. Part number is A-93867-A. It's not very easy to come by and not particularly cheap either.

There is one of those on eBay right now! I looked at that but I think it's missing the clutch and spacers.

Thanks for the info. If I stick with the original style clutch, I would still need to find a drum. Am I correct that the drum part number is A-12294? Are there any alternate part numbers or aftermarket options for that part?
