Hi guys - I have a 770D in my area for sale, but don't know much about them. After looking at Acres, it appears to be a pretty large powerful saw. Wondering how available parts are for this saw, and if it would be a good saw for hobby milling. Thanks!

Thanks! 770 directs are "fairly"common so finding parts shouldn't be too bad. 707 is basically the same. Parts saws are out there. The 95 cc engine does have a lot of power. Someone else would know better as to how it would work for milling

Milling is hard on a saw and that saw is just to old and parts are not easy to come by.

I am curious as how you would keep the chain lubed on a manual oiler saw such as this? I would think only an auto oiler saw would work.
