So I just picked up this complete saw today, she looks a bit rough but she has the missing bar and chain, shoe, adjuster and other hardware. I can clean up the parts and put them on my nice saw and repair this one or have it as a part saw.

So I went to work removing the muffler and sparkplug, added oil/gas mix and attempted to move the piston and it moved freely AND has spark! P&C are in great shape. It has a few broken and repaired pcs but overall it's in good shape.

You did good. If the piston moves and it has spark, you're probably close to having a runner.

I'm going to need a recoil pulley because this one is damaged. I took apart the ratchet assembly to clean it up so the recoil would move smoother.

Are you planning to restore/paint it?

If you can not find a 20 MCS Pulley you can use a ratchet and pulley from a 26LCS or a 5-30 they will both fit on the crank but you need to keep the pulley and ratchet as a set as the 4 screws for the pulleys are drilled differently on those models.
