Hi and I want to thank you for this repair procedure for boot had my saw since new put away for 10 years, tryed to start n/g found boot dryed and broken, thanks again.

pulled a 330 out of a recycling yard. missing the clutch side. was able to get those. tore it apart to clean it up and restore it and the boot was hard and cracked. no surprise, i was expecting that as it would run with mix in the carb but not otherwise. found this thread on another site as well as here. read it, printed it out, immeasureable in its help. the print out is now in my saw library. waiting on a few small parts but the hard parts done. do have a question regarding the oil lines. is the line from the oil tank a one- or two-piece line? the line in the tank looks to be larger than the line from the tank. how do you replace the in-tank line, mine's very soft. thanks much, jerry

RBW, this is a great thread i am in the process of rebuilding a 330 i picked up for $10 at a swap meet. you are a lifesaver
